This is my new at home gym.  According to The 4 Hour Body I will only need to use this 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes a session to get a total body work out.  After reading about Tracy R. and her 100+ lb weight loss in the book, I’m sold!

Of course yoga is still and always will be my first fitness love.
