Tim Ferriss’ New York Time’s Best-seller. It’s a health and fitness buffet. There is seriously something for everyone. Topics range from weight loss, to building muscle, better sex, better sleep, reversing injuries and more. So far I have been picking through it and tossing what I don’t necessarily agree with or need. But I have decided to incorporate a few of his tips into my healthy living routine.
The nerd in me loves this kind of stuff.
