Remember the lemons in the vase?  Well, their day came.  And they were used to make this yummy curd (sweetened with xylitol), which I then spread over an almond flour crust that had been baked in a 9×13 baking dish and wah lah…grain free, sugar-free lemon bars.

They didn’t last long.
